Choir
We rehearse most Sunday mornings from early September through June, beginning at 9:45 a.m., and often sing during the service. The Choir inspires the weekly gathering with music of many kinds, and all adult voices are welcome to join! Please speak to any choir member about joining the MUUS choir or see Ann Quackenbos
Family Choir
Do you like to sing? We would love to have you join our family choir. All ages and skill levels are welcome. For more details, contact Sarah Edelson Baskin.
Circle of Gaia Book Group
Circle of Gaia, a book discussion group, meets evenings on the third Wednesday of the month (except in December). For more information contact Christine Edelson.
Poetry Reading Group
Members and friends of MUUS meet monthly on the fourth Thursday of each month at 2:30 p.m. to read and enjoy poetry together. Contact Barb Eler for more info.
PB & Jam Sessions
Every fourth Thursday of the month, we meet to make 250 peanut butter and jam sandwiches for the Greater Waterbury Interfaith Ministries (GWIM). Come and socialize with friends, listen to music, and help feed the hungry. We enjoy music and each other’s company while making the sandwiches. All are invited (children under 12 please bring an adult) and no experience necessary. Come jam with us!
Small Group Ministries
A variety of small group ministries (covenant groups), both short and long term, meet at various times and locations each month. Something special is at hand.
