SW CT Wind EnsembleThe Southwestern CT Wind Ensemble practices at the meetinghouse every Tuesday night from 7:00 to 9:00 MeditationSitting quietly with others in a meditative spirit may be a path to discovering or uncovering your own truths. Focusing on your breath you may feel your body relax and release the stresses of the week. We will gather weekly before services, in the upstairs room at 9:45. If you've never meditated or if you are a meditator already, please join us as we decide together what form our meditation will take to meet our needs and expectations. Bring pillows or floor mats if you wish and chairs will be provided. Men’s LunchMUUS men meet for lunch on the first and third Wednesdays of the month at noon.
